What began as a tiny home is now a fully realized residence through a carefully orchestrated 1,200-square-foot addition. The expanded footprint introduces two bedrooms, a full bath, a powder room, mudroom, living room, office, and a new front porch-dramatically enhancing both function and flow.

The greatest challenge, and the heart of the design, was authenticity. This project was driven by the intentional blurring of old and new, ensuring that rooflines align, proportions remain consistent, and architectural details carry through seamlessly. The final result is a home where the addition disappears into the original structure, creating a unified design the reels completely original and timeless.
